I’m a woman, truth-seeker, lover, mother, yogin, attorney, lover of the arts, and hueman. . . I’m doing my best to find balance. . .  I’m not here to tell you what to wear or not to wear, or how to fix your hair and makeup. I think you are perfect.  Really! I want to share my practice with you.

Through the practice of yoga, I have become happier, healthier, stronger, and more balanced. I am more aware of what is going on in my body, and around me, which allows me to make the changes I need in order to grow. I practice several times a week, primarily at home, but I love quality instruction and do my best to catch at least one yoga class at week. Sometimes I take three or four, schedule permitting!

I became a yoga teacher in 2016.  The study and practice of yoga have changed my life and I am so excited to share my journey with the world. If you desire, you can have a lovely yoga practice. You don’t have to have a particular body type, or be a particular ethnicity, but if you approach your practice humbly, with a student’s heart, you will amaze yourself. Be inspired. Be yourself. Be loved.
